Text and headings should be flush left
K-State webpage standards use a variety of typographical treatments for text and headings. The K-State standard is to start both text and headings at the left margin.
Accordingly, text and headings should not be centered, flush right, or justified.
As a left-to-right language, scanning English centered and flush right text is more difficult because location of the beginning of the lines changes.
