Our beliefs influence our behavior
We also act consistently with what we believe to be true. A child who believes she is stupid will make foolish mistakes. A son who believes he is bad acts badly. Those who believe they are clumsy act ineptly. We validate what we believe is “true” by acting in a way that confirms the belief.
