Evaluate progress
As we approach the end of our helping, take time to talk about the progress. Ask Friends to evaluate the time you have spent together. Do they believe they have achieved something? You could make a list of “attaboys” together. Sketch out the next steps as part of this evaluation. Celebrate your relationship.
