Sometimes courage makes “doing the right thing” possible
Putting a plan into action may take courage.

During one of my storytelling assembly visits to an elementary school, I asked the children if they knew what courage meant. A third or fourth grade girl responded, "Courage is making the decision to do what you know is right." I have yet to find a better definition.
