Courage
and an internal locus of control
True power has what psychologists call an internal locus of control.
An internal locus of control means that the source of the power
is internal, inside of us, instead of external, residing in something
outside of us. In other words, the engine for true power exists
within oneself. The values are a part of us. Does this mean that
the values originated within us alone?
