Courage and an internal locus of control
True power has what psychologists call an internal locus of control. An internal locus of control means that the source of the power is internal, inside of us, instead of external, residing in something outside of us. In other words, the engine for true power exists within oneself. The values are a part of us. Does this mean that the values originated within us alone?
