Managing Expectations and the Relationship
A successful sponsored research project often leads to more – and larger – sponsored projects. The key is to agree on expectations up front, and manage the expectations throughout the project. This session offers tips to help insure that your sponsored projects lead to sustained corporate partnerships that benefit you, your students, and the corporation.
