New legislative engagement support services

If you want to stay in the loop on legislative issues, the Office of Government Relations has got you covered. The team has new ways to keep you informed and support this legislative session. Here's what is available to the K-State community:
Legislative updates every week
We know how fast things move in the legislative world, so we're continuing weekly Legislative Review Sessions at 8 a.m. every Friday via Zoom. The Office of Government Relations will lead these sessions to keep you up to date on what's happening. To register, you can just click here.
Legislative meeting preparations
Whether you're heading to Washington, D.C., making the trip to Topeka or connecting with policymakers anywhere else — we offer personalized coaching to help prepare you for these meetings. These services are available as needed and tailored to your needs and circumstances. To schedule a training session, email kstategr@k-state.edu.
Group training
For teams wanting to level up their advocacy skills, we offer training sessions that can be in person, on Zoom or a mix of both. Our experienced government relations team leads these sessions, which are customizable based on your group's needs. These sessions are built on our proven training framework.
