K-State instructor offers fun program to reduce stress for K-State students before finals.

K-State Students: Sign up for HealthRhythms to have fun and relieve stress before the end of the semester. HealthRhythms is an evidence-based, research-proven wellness program that has proven to reduce stress and burnout, show positive affects on the immune system and foster positive mood states. 

Students can participate in one or more 60-minute sessions, which will be offered at 8:15 a.m. and 1 p.m. every Wednesday, April 9 through May 7 on the Manhattan campus. Each session will be offered to 10-20 participants.
