Upward Bound has new director

Elverta L. Vassol is the new director of the K-State Upward Bound program.
Pharamond O. Guice, the program's student services coordinator, is leaving K-State. Guice has accepted a position as an admissions representative and counselor at Park University in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
