Seeking participants for Fit Minded Working Moms study

Submitted by Emily Mailey

In collaboration with researchers at Arizona State University, Emily Mailey and Brandon Irwin in the kinesiology department have developed a Web-based study designed to help working moms prioritize their own health and well-being.

Fit Minded Working Moms is a Web-based, national program that uses fun and engaging podcasts, online discussions and activities in order to help working moms change the way they think about physical activity. Moms ages 20-50 who work 30-plus hours per week, have a child age 12 or under, and are not regularly active are eligible to participate.
