Drawing Out Your Emotions
Peer Advocates for Mental Wellness and Success, or PAWS, will host a Mental Wellness Week event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 8 on the K-State Student Union terrace. In case of rain, the event will be in the Union courtyard.
Drawing Out Your Emotions will feature mandala coloring pages, designed to help calm your emotions and relieve stress.
Swiss analytical psychologist Carl Jung believed mandalas to be beneficial in stabilizing, integrating and reordering our inner life.
