Political science professor presents at Harvard
Dale Herspring, university distinguished professor of political science, presented a paper, "The Uncertain Future of Military Reform in Russia," at Harvard University's Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies on Sept. 20. Herspring is considered one of the country’s leading experts on Russia, Germany and Eastern Europe.
