The Hispanic American Leadership Organization, or HALO, invites you to a lecture at 7 p.m. today in the K-State Student Union Ballroom. We are featuring as keynote speaker, Marcelo Suarez-Orozco, a worldwide expert on globalization, political science, immigration and education.
