City commission candidates to discuss current issues in open forum today
The Manhattan City Commission candidates are discussing issues regarding higher education and students in the Manhattan community from noon to 1 p.m. today in the K-State Student Union courtyard.
City Commission elections are Tuesday, April 2. The forum provides students with a special opportunity to learn about the candidates and their stances on key issues. Four candidates will be in attendance and information on how to register to vote in the City Commission election will be provided at the forum.
As an integral part of the Manhattan community, it is necessary for students to be educated and informed. If there are any questions, please contact Student Governing Association local relations director Jake Unruh at 515-306-0026.
