Geology faculty, student present at the geological society section meeting

Matt Brueseke, assistant professor, and his colleagues presented "New insights into the early Cambrian igneous and sedimentary history of the southern Oklahoma aulacogen from basement well penetrations" at the Geological Society of America South-Central section meeting April 4-5 in Austin, Texas.

Also Brueseke along with Kate Amrhein, a graduate student and their colleague presented "Testing models of low δ18O silicic magmatism in the mid-Miocene Santa Rosa-Calico volcanic field, NV" at the meeting.
