Science communication professional development webinar offered May 13

Join the Kansas Science Communication Initiative at noon CDT on Monday, May 13, for its final webinar of the semester.
Lee Ann Kahlor, a professor in the Stan Richards School of Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Texas at Austin, will be the speaker. Kahlor specializes in environmental risk and health communication, and currently serves as the editor for the journal Science Communication. She will discuss her research as well as best practices for submission to the journal Science Communication.
