Cobblestone CLM system updates coming soon

Submitted by Brennan Bestwick

The university's Contract Lifecycle Management, or CLM, software, CobbleStone, will soon be updating its user interface to improve the performance of its platform. CLM users will maintain the use of all the tools they previously had access to but with a refreshed appearance.

The CLM toolbar will now appear on the left side of the screen and enable greater visibility of the user's dashboard. The latest Cobblestone updates address bug fixes and previous system performance issues and seek to make Cobblestone a more adaptable and easy-to-use tool.

Cobblestone CLM will be down for one hour starting at noon on Aug. 30 to make these upgrades. Learn more about recent Cobblestone software updates on its website.

Purchasing and Contract Services uses CobbleStone CLM software to provide collaborative, streamlined contracting and procurement solutions for its university departments and partners. The CLM electronic workflow ensures the purchasing process at K-State is secure, transparent and convenient for conducting business at the university.

Visit the Purchasing and Contract Services website to learn more about the CLM and how we facilitate the acquisition of goods and services for the university.
