KSUnite: A movement for all Wildcats
Celebrate KSUnite on the Manhattan campus from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, in the K-State Student Union.
KSUnite was created to demonstrate how we live by our Next-Gen K-State values of connection, learner-focused and people-centered. It represents an ongoing commitment to show that we are "One K-State" — unified in creating meaningful, sustained actions that benefit all Wildcats. Through honest, transparent conversations, we foster a culture where everyone feels they belong.
"KSUnite is more than a one-day event; it's a movement embodying our values and inspiring us to enhance K-State as a place where everyone can thrive," said President Richard Linton. "We are dedicated to ensuring that every voice is heard and every individual is valued."
One of the core goals of KSUnite is to empower students as leaders and change makers. Our students are deeply invested in shaping the world around them, and K-State strives to equip them with the skills and confidence to become empowered leaders. To support their journey, we provide more than just opportunities — we offer preparation, reflection and mentorship so students can make an impact locally and globally.
This year's event offers a range of activities and opportunities for open dialogue about how we can strengthen our commitment to opportunity and access for all.
- Community Portrait Project: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Cats' Cupboard Food Drive: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Kansas State Community Resource Fair: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- K-State Community Panel: noon to 1:15 p.m.
- KSUnite Ice Cream Social: 1:15-2 p.m.

Students expect a diverse and inclusive environment, and K-State is committed to fulfilling that expectation. Although classes will not be canceled, we encourage everyone to find ways to take part. By encouraging participation, we give students a platform to voice their experiences and actively shape the change they want to see on campus and beyond.
