NRES students seek participants for campus green space survey
A multidisciplinary research team of undergraduates in the NRES secondary major seeks survey participants as part of their semesterlong research project about campus green spaces. Undergraduates, graduate students, faculty and staff at Kansas State University are eligible to participate in this brief survey.
The students are exploring overlap between public perceptions of green spaces on campus and other ecological services that these green spaces provide. Responses will help the team better understand variation in preferences for types of green spaces on K-State’s campus, explore how individual demographics shape preferences for various types of green spaces, and identify links between the types of green spaces individuals prefer at K-State and other environmental benefits that these spaces provide.
The approved IRB number for this project is IRB-12463.
