Posting announcements on campus

Submitted by Division of Facilities

Do you need to promote your upcoming event on campus? K-State offers several options for promoting events, including the events calendar and social media.

Additionally, student organizations recognized by Student Programs and Involvement, faculty and staff organizations, university departments, and residence halls can use traditional marketing options such as posters, banners and chalking, but they must adhere to K-State Publicity Regulations. Please note that postings are only allowed at designated locations on campus.

Follow the K-State Student Union advertising policy or the Housing and Dining Services handbook if you would like to advertise in the Union or residence halls.

To maintain the beauty of our campus, remember that postings are not allowed on light poles or receptacles. Tape and stickers can damage campus property. Thank you for your support in keeping our campus beautiful!
