Principle 10-1
Perceived judgements affect anger
Consider this situation: You get in your car to drive to work. As you pull out into a very busy street, you glance in your rearview mirror. You see your briefcase (or purse), which you left on the car roof when you entered the car) bouncing in the highway, spilling its contents on the street. You become angry, upset with yourself for your carelessness.
Is your anger reasonable?
