Functional Fitness and Mobility class

Submitted by Travis Haug

The LIFE Program's Functional Fitness and Mobility class, offered through the kinesiology department, is a low-intensity training class for older adults in the Manhattan community who want to learn and master techniques in strength, balance coordination and mobility — all of which are designed to greatly increase quality of life.

Drop in and try the class for free from 7:50-8:50 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, or Friday in 4 Natatorium.

All fitness levels welcome.
