Submitted by Human Capital Services - Learning and Development

Navigating Change: A Tool for Conversations Around Change, WTD219, will be offered from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, in 123 Leadership Studies Building.

Participants will explore opportunities to acknowledge loss, recognize opportunity and embrace an openness to growth. This workshop will offer participants strategies for navigating change with a focus on shared purpose and an eye toward the future. Participants will engage with the OBREAU Tripod, a tool from the work of Don Dunoon, an Australian scholar who focuses on organizational development, mindful approaches to change and appreciative inquiry.

To register for this session, you can either sign up through HRIS Self-Service or send an email to Megan Eakin at learning-develop-hr@k-state.edu. When sending an email, please include your name, employee ID, course title, and course number (WTD219).
