Requesting Technology Classrooms

This request form can be filled out electronically and then e-mailed as an attachment, or it may be faxed to the Enrollment Services office. This form is not for departmental classes or technology studio classes which are assigned departmental space.
Department schedulers can submit request forms when updating access opens through the last day of access.
