Register: New and improved travel booking experience

A new and improved travel booking experience is coming to Concur beginning Feb. 20. This software update simplifies the process for booking airfare and car rentals, providing a streamlined, modern process similar to consumer websites. Enhanced search features and filtering options equip users with a more intuitive booking process to meet the specific needs of university travelers. Faculty and staff who utilize Concur travel booking should plan to attend the "Concur Travel: The New Booking Experience" training held on Feb. 27. Attendees can learn more about the new booking experience and get the answers to any travel-related questions they may have. An agent from Anthony Travel, the university's travel management partner, will be present to answer any questions related to domestic and international travel. An Anthony Travel agent is available in room 057 of the Student Union, 8 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Register to attend "Concur Travel: The New Booking Experience" training from the Concur website. Additional training opportunities like "Intro to Concur" and "Concur: Beyond the Basics" begin Feb. 18. Users are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet for hands-on practice.
