Register for identity theft session on March 12

Submitted by Ashley Nietfeld

Registration for the Community Safety Talks series has now been fixed. If you tried to register last week and were unable to, the links are now working.

Learn tips for how to avoid identity theft and what to do if it happens to you from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, March 12, in 407 Hale Library. This session will be taught by Powercat Financial and is part of K-State Libraries’ Community Safety Talks, a series that promotes a safe environment for all.

This event is open to everyone, including students, staff and faculty at K-State and members of the surrounding community. Professional development credit will be offered to all faculty and staff who attend the event. Register online to attend.

Coffee will be provided, courtesy of Joyce and Joe's Cornerstone Café.

Mark your calendars for these upcoming sessions:

The Community Safety Talks series is made possible by the collaboration of K-State’s Libraries, Housing and Dining Services, the Police Department, Powercat Financial, Kansas Mesonet, the Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being and THRIVE Navigators.
