Undergraduate marketing students present at national conference
Four undergraduate marketing students presented their research at the annual Society of Marketing Advances conference Nov. 6-8 in New Orleans. All four were the only undergraduates to present their own research at this prestigious conference.
Stephanie Wacker, senior in marketing, presented "The Transformation of Fitness Activity Gender Roles and the Marketing of Fitness Centers."
Phillip Hill, senior in marketing, presented "Gender Differences in Liquor Consumption Occasions" in the consumer behavior track.
Caibing Wang, senior in marketing, presented "Organizational Culture: Examining Chinese and American Supply Chain Relationships" in the supply chain track.
Luzhi Deng, senior in marketing, presented the paper "Understanding Mobile Apps Discontinuance Usage Behavior," in the marketing technology track.
Esther Swilley, associate professor, served as the track chair for logistics & supply chain management for the conference.
