Brandon Clark receives 2014 Advisor of the Year Award
Every year, the Office of Student Activities and Services gives the Advisor of the Year Award to the student organization advisor who has made a significant contribution to the organization. The award goes to the advisor that has gone above and beyond the typical expectations of an advisor, in addition to their job responsibilities to the university.
The office's 2014 Advisor of the Year Award has been presented to Brandon Clark for his hard work as the advisor to the Black Student Union.
"Brandon is an incredible advisor and mentor to every student within the Black Student Union," said Justice Davis, president of the Black Student Union. "He makes it a priority to bond with us as student leaders and give us guidance to pursue our aspirations. His love for the Black Student Union is admirable, and his efforts to support our mission is incomparable. He is more than deserving of this distinguished award and tittle."
Brandon Clark received this award at Blue Key's Leadership Appreciation Event on Monday, Nov. 3, at the K-State Alumni Center.
The Office of Student Activities and Services thanks all student organization advisors for all of their hard work and contributions to the development of their students.
