K-Staters organize predictive agriculture symposium, registration open

The 2020 K-State Plant Science Symposium will take place Oct. 21 and will be an online event to maintain the safety of our community. This year's topic is "Predictive Agriculture: Turning data into decisions."

The day's schedule will include four distinguished speakers and student sessions. Abstracts for the student sessions opportunity must be submitted by Oct. 12.

The event is organized by students from agronomy and faculty advisor Ignacio Ciampitti. Sponsors of the event include Corteva Agriscience, Kansas Corn Commission, John Deer, College of Agriculture, K-State Research and Extension, KSUCrops, Planet labs and Microsoft.
