Geography colloquium Sept. 29 examines sustainability in communities and agricultural landscapes
Katherine Nelson, assistant professor of geography and geospatial sciences at Kansas State University, will present "From Productivity of Complex Landscapes to Equity of Adaptation: Examining Sustainability in Communities and Agricultural Landscapes" at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, in 114 Burt Hall.
Nelson's talk is part of the geography and geospatial sciences department's visiting scholar series and is sponsored by the Beta Psi Chapter of Gamma Theta Upsilon, the international geographic honor society and the geography and geospatial sciences department.
