Prioritize your health with Wildcat Pause Week Oct. 7-11
During the week of Oct. 7-11, leading up to Wildcat Pause Day, events will be offered across the Manhattan campus that focus on inclusivity, self-care and connecting. With events offered every day, there's something for everyone.
Monday: Mindful Moments
- Yoga, snacks and messages of gratitude that allow you to connect with your peers and spread well-being across campus.
Tuesday: Art, Zumba and free training assessments
- Get a free training assessment and learn what's available through Rec Services and Lafene Health Center, then express yourself through painting.
Wednesday: Instagram take over
- Follow DASSA's Instagram as fellow students share tips and information about health and well-being.
Thursday: Campus Walk and free training assessments
- Join First Lady Sally Linton for a peaceful walk around campus then head over to the Rec for a free training assessment.
Friday: Wildcat Pause Day
- Take the day to recharge and join us for several events intended to help you prioritize your own well-being. Events include mindfulness sessions, free movies, free bowling and flu shots.
