Academic Records Working Group
The Academic Records Working Group was initially created by a grass-roots initiative within the College Dean's Offices to pull together the functional liasions that handled the day to day processing for student academic records inquiries, processes and submission to the Office of the Registrar. Over the years this group has evolved into more of an advisory group, providing each of our campus locations, schools and colleges a forum with the Office of the Registrar to have input into the processes and procedures directly connected to student academic records. These processes include but not limited to the processes around Registration/Enrollment, Academic Honors, Academic Milestones, Academic Standing and Dismissal, Course Setup, Class and Room Scheduling, Degree Audit, Grading, Graduation, Student Group Tracking, Transfer Credit, etc..
