Massage therapy at the Rec
Lafene Health Center is offering massage therapy at the Chester E. Peters Recreation Complex on the first Wednesday of each month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Appointments for 30-minute massages for $30 can be scheduled through the myLAFENE+ patient portal or by calling 785-532-6544.
Massage therapy can help with stress relief, reduced muscle pain, headache relief, enhanced exercise performance, improved injury recovery and a strengthened immune system.
Massage therapy is offered at Lafene Health Center to students, faculty and staff throughout the month on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, with 30-, 60- and 90-minute massages available.
