The videos are short and full of great examples. They're part of the "micro-content learning modules" that HR is creating to support you through the various phases of the new performance management process, which will provide a consistent approach to staff evaluations, ensuring that every member of our workforce receives meaningful, constructive feedback. It's a critical step in supporting the growth and development of our staff.
