The fundamental duo
These first two skills, taking the breath of life and releasing physical tension are fundamental requirements to anger management. They are fundamental for two reasons. First, they will have the greatest impact on your health. Second, they are necessary elements in all other anger management skills.
Please do not wait until you feel angry to put these two skills into practice. Look for opportunities throughout your day to pause for a moment to practice the breathing and the tense-release combo.
