Review the multi-year effort to modernize K-State's budget model to encourage enrollment growth, incentivize and align with university priorities, energize innovation, provide greater financial accountability and transparency, unlock the historical budget, and preserve K-State's land-grant mission.

Recruitment and Hiring Assessment
To continue to build the highly talented and diverse workforce envisioned in K-State 2025, we need effective, efficient, timely, and fair recruitment and hiring practices and procedures.
Research Themes Committee
A 2025 Research Themes Committee was appointed to identify ten to twelve university strategic research foci which will be refined to five to seven key themes.

Sustainability Planning
The university-wide planning committee is charged to recommend a strategic action plan addressing sustainability within the context of these areas and K-State 2025 goals.

Undergraduate Research Task Force
An action plan is being developed to encourage, increase, and measure the pariticipation of undergraduates in research, scholarly and creative activities, and discovery (RSCAD) at Kansas State University.
University Climate Survey
A university climate survey tells us how faculty and staff perceive our K-State climate as fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment that promotes success for all.
